- ONE-END AGENCY: In a real estate transaction we will act for one party only (i.e., ONE END of the transaction, EITHER for the seller OR for the buyer only, but NOT FOR BOTH).
- NO DUAL AGENCY, NO UNRELATED ADVANTAGES: In a real estate transaction we will work 100% for the interest of the party we represent. In addition, we will not take the advantage of the situation where other party to the transaction does not have agency representation – if there is advantage out of such situation the advantage shall go to the party (our principal) that we represent.
