The Second Annual MAC Golden Cube Awards dinner was held on April 16, 2012 at the River Rock Casino Resort in Richmond, British Columbia. Glad to be part of the event that evening! Over 400 guests were seen at the meeting (my guess only, haven’t got the exact figure from the organizer).
After dinner and awards delivery, Mr Cameron McNeill of MAC Marketing Solutions gave overview of 25 new real estate developments to the crowd. It was a L O N G presentation and was the last item scheduled for the event – no prize draw and no nothing to follow! And you know what, over half an hour there was but one person kept talking on the stage and there didn’t seem to have “private conversations” on the floor and only very few guests had left. How amazing people were so concentrated listening! Or should I say: guests all rendered their respect to the speaking host. Congrats to MAC Marketing – you do have guests of good quality!
From the overview, 25 new real estate developments in the Lower Mainland representing over 2,600 new homes will be built in the decade to come. How nice as this would translate into a message to us real estate sales force that we are going to have a lot of homes to sell in the many years to come. It really is great!
Oh, I forgot that there was in fact one major item after Mr McNeill’s presentation – A large, entire-hall group picture was taken before the event ended! I hope I could get a copy of that picture and post it here sometime soon.
